Participants should plan to arrive on Monday, June 20 and are free to depart on Thursday, June 23.

Hotel reservations will be made on behalf of participants based on provided arrival and departure dates. As part of their registration, each company will receive one complimentary hotel reservation including tax of the nights of June 20, 21, & 22.

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel.
