The COTTON USA™ Sourcing Fair - Asia is a private, invitation-only for U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol® manufacturer members as well as regional and global brands and retailers.

Manufacturer participants must be paid members of the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol.

Each manufacturer company will receive one complimentary registration and each brand/retailer company will receive two complimentary registrations. In addition to your participation in the Sourcing Fair and networking events, the registration also includes one hotel room at the Vinpearl Landmark Hotel 81 per person, including tax for the nights of June 20, 21, & 22

Additional participants from registered companies may be accepted should space be available. There will be a $1,000 registration fee for each additional participant.

Cotton Council International will prepare pre-arranged meetings of 20 minutes based on feedback provided from brand and retailer participating companies on their their sourcing needs as well as requests from manufacturers.

Because time is limited during the Trade Fair, we cannot guarantee all your meeting requests will be scheduled.

There will also be free time during the trade show and networking events for self-arranged meetings.

Textiles: U.S. cotton-rich yarns, knits & woven fabrics

Garments: Cotton apparel (should not be 100% synthetics and no home textiles)

Brand/retailer participants will be given a complimentary booth for their private meetings.

Fabric suppliers will also be given a complimentary booth for their private meetings.

Yarn mills and garment manufacturers will be given a complimentary rolling rack.

All manufacturer companies are encouraged to bring samples of their U.S. cotton rich products.

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Sourcing Fair. This includes airfare, ground transportation, as well as visas (if applicable).

Participants should plan to arrive on Monday, June 20 and are free to depart on Thursday, June 23.

Hotel reservations will be made on behalf of participants based on arrival and departure dates provided during their registration.
